Works great! Brand new, great price. Fits in my Kx2 perfectly, has the right barrel connector and everything. Took it on a SOTA with no external battery and the radio never dropped to the 5 watt safety mode!

Excellent battery w/ correct cable

I ordered one of these off eBay. It came with a cable too thick to fit the KH1 radio. So Xain-USA fixed me up with a battery that had the appropriate cable. Fit perfectly! Great customer support.

I ran the radio for over five hours receiving with occasional transmit periods. Five hours with no discernable lowering of battery charge on the radio display. Made a couple POTA contacts even. Turned off the radio, hooked up the charger and was back to full tilt within a few hours. The battery works great in the radio and is less expensive than the manufacturer's battery.
