Warranty: Products advertised with a one-year warranty are covered against manufacturing defects. Check this listing for the applicable warranty. Contact our U.S.-based team with your order number and photos for a warranty or performance issue.
Standard returns: Request within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and complete in their original packaging; exclusions apply.
Return shipping: The buyer pays return shipping and prints the label. For a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us first to confirm the resolution and shipping arrangements. A prepaid label is not automatic.

I contacted Xain-USA LLC after looking for replacement battery on amazon for my rechargeable fan. I found several, but none matched. Xain had a contact email which allowed me to ask questions about replacement battery for my as seen on Tv fan. They answered all my questions and also reversed polarity on the connection plug as needed. I received it in 2- days.
